Tuesday morning class begins with strengthening poses and core. As we progress into a deeper focus- therapeutic stretching and restorative variations are used to integrate and relax.
Wednesday afternoon a slow-paced, restorative class with a focus on careful alignment, stretching and breath to restore, relax and heal.
Thursday class uses the basic tenets of yoga to help students own their daily practice. Learn practical poses and sequences you can do on your own, anywhere anytime- and feel as good as you do in class, every day!
All levels are accommodated with individualized attention and guidance.

Megan brings students into the heart of the yogic process with clear instruction. Turning students toward the teacher within, she hopes to empower each with their own ability to be true yogis, being accountable and responsible for their own embodiment.
Her understanding of alignment and anatomy inform a deep, therapeutic and individualized style. She utilizes many original variations and unique adjustments and assists, which spring from her years of practice and experience and her always fresh approach.
Public classes are appropriate for all levels, including beginners and advanced practitioners. Remedial modifications are available for those who come with physical limitations. Fun and challenging variations are offered to those who are ready. Each student is encouraged to practice with integrity at their optimum pace for learning.
Private sessions support individuals wishing to begin, deepen or start a home practice. Classes are personalized and can include Zoom meetings, recorded videos and/or notes. Sessions are online, at Peacegate Dojo or in your home.
Semi-private sessions (2 or 3 students) offer affordable individual instruction in a small and inspiring group. You may choose your group or practice with others who have similar goals. Enrollment is by the month.
